PF Changs New Regional Classic Entrees

There's been some interesting new menu items added at PF Changs. They are finally embracing a more diverse range of Chinese food and are now featuring regional entrees from the major regions of China. They are also priced well at just $9.95 per entree.
Chinese food lovers know regional dishes are distinct in their preparation and seasoning. PF Chang's new menu additions are a good sample.
The new menu items include :
Mandarin Chicken: A delightfully seasoned mix of chicken, snow peass, broccoli and bok choy
Hunan Pork: Tender Pork with crisp Red and Green Bell Peppers.
Hong Kong Beef with Snow Peas: Tender Beef, Crunchy Snow Peas and water Chestnuts in a warm, rich sauce.
Shanghai Shrimp in Garlic Sauce: Shrimp, Broccoli and Snow Peas freshly stir-fried in a flavorful Garlic Wine Sauce
Canton Chicken and Mushrooms: Chicken, Mushrooms, leeks and carrotts stir-fried in a light sauce over egg noodles.
